Scheduling Policy

At Skin Loft, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling, please review the following policies:

• Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

• Deposits: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your service cost.

• No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend without notice will forfeit their deposit.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation, at our discretion.
